I recommend anyone surfing the net(especially those porn sites! Hee hee!) to install Pop up stopper..it's a free program and it's wonderful not to have to deal with those annoying little windows that come up and clutter the desktop!

I need a portable vocal booth- 1 or 2 person tops. Price is an object. Any suggestions?

I'm looking for mics for my home recording setup. I want to do 2 things - record acoustic guitar duets with a modestly-priced matched pair, and record casual jams with whomever is in the room - acoustic guitar, mando, drums, amplified guitar or bass, etc. I'm looking at the Studio Projects C1 or C3 for the matched pair, and the AT4033 or 4050 for the room mic.

I'm having a hell of a time getting ADATS to lock up with Pro Tools. I've followed the directions closely I think,but still no love from the little buggers.
We've got mix plus,Control 24, USD, BRC, ADAT bridge (last in line behind 2 888's) and two Black face ADATS.
If anyone has used this set up we'd really appreciate some help.

Any suggestions and do you think its better to use tc master x or use and eq, copressor and limiter. also I have Wavesc4 but I havent really messed with that yet.been trying different setups but I'm not really carzy about any yet. Though I do like the Wavesrenn compressor with the l1

I have the opportunity to purchase a Trident Series 16 (it has the modules from the 75 series). While I am not antpcipating replacing my control 24 with it, I am interested in the pres and eq's as front end going into a DAW. Does anyone have an opinion about this soncially or logistically?

Hi i'm about to get a new comp and would like to know wot would be the best options i' will build myself
i would like to record up to 60 audio tracks
will run neuendo, soundforge and others
like to run plug in's but not really vsti's
as have a lot of outboard gear
thinking of going p4 route but any advice would be helpful
