Master question

Hi, I'm having a bit of a problem making my masters a bit louder. I know, I hate doing that, but some of my clients are asking me to master their material a bit louder than I'm used to, the thing that I didn't realize is that I don't know how to. Every time I try to compress or limit more my mix it distorts or sound overcompressed, so I'm clueless in this matter, can you help me out?

Rate my mastering...

Hi i have doing first steps in mastering and here is a song i've mastered.
Tools used: Waves RComp (as SSL Bus Summing Emulation),
Izotope Ozone: 3 Band Compressor + Harmonic enchancer (Tube emu, 2-nd harmonic dist.).
Sony Oxford Inflator on last Stage and POWr Diter Type 2.

Master2_PT.wav should be considered as primary.

Roll Off Frequencies

Hi, I'm a producer making a style of music smilar to drum and bass and i was wondering what frequency i should be rolling my basses off.

When i roll of at 50hz i get an increase in headroom which makes a better mix

but

when i roll of at 30Hz my Yamaha msp5's show a noticable difference in the bottom end, it sounds more full.
