I'm considering purchasing one of their rackmount DAWs, and the price/specs ratio seems pretty good. Never heard of the brand before, and was wondering if they're reputable.

I've tried searching the forums for discussion on the m-400, but couldn't seem to find anything. Anyone have opinions about this vs the Yamaha? The digital snake and lower price point make it look pretty attractive...

So; I've decided that it's about time that I upgrade my current DAW. My current setup has ATA harddrives and I'm using a Delta 1010 PCI based interface. My question is - does anybody have any experience with SATA to ATA adapters and PCI Express to PCI adapters?

Alright, I have a question regarding EZdrummer, Ive decided that this program is best for me and I want to be able to control it with a midi trigger or somesort Any suggestions? Im on a pretty tight budget so the cheapest soltution would be good.

Also can I use EZdrummer with Adobe Premier pro?

Okay I am a total novice at recording so please bear with me...

I recently acquired a Tascam MF-P01 and a Shure Sm-57 mic and have been trying to record simple guitar, bass, and drum demos on it.

But I have run into a few problems and have a few questions.

Im 14 ive been reaserching this stuff for a short time...this is where I'm at mxl 990 condenser mic (any recomendations for acosutic or electric guitar mics), (MBox 2 mini or should i just go with Mr-8 Mkll 8- Track)?...

I just bought AP yesterday and installed it today. I usually record at 96k, so naturally I ran AP under my 96k sound interface settings. I noticed that two of the pianos sounded strangely high-pitched, however the other two sounded perfect. I switched the sample rate to 44.1k and everything sounded normal. I looked in the manual about sample rates but found nothing.

I typically use 48kHz for larger track count projects, and 96kHz for smaller track count projects. Just curious what rates most people are using.
