New gear help

I just purchased a Tascam Portastudio DP-02CF (refurbished) and I am having some trouble, I am getting no playback. I assume its recording because I hear it through my headphones and the meters show it is getting a signal, but when I go back and press play I get no sound at all. I did some internet research and it seems to be a somewhat common problem, so is there a solution?

Is My PSU OK?

My DAW computer died. I took it to the local PC store, and the kid hooked up a handheld device with 4 LED's on it, fired up the PC and said "Your PSU is no good". It's a Thermaltake 600w (W0129RU). He put one off of the shelf in, fired it up and still no luck. He said, "You need a PSU with another connection.", so he put another one in, still no luck, then said "Your MB is shot too".

Strange recording problem (output being recorded ?)

Hey there,

I'm having a problem. When I go to record vocals, (or anything for that matter) over a track, the bed track also records into the vocal track. It seems to be a software setting or something, because even when I unplug the speakers/headphones and any input, I'm still getting this problem. The output sounds are being taken as input.

Converting GT Brick to UK voltage

I have just purchased a Groove Tubes Brick from the US as there is nowhere to buy one from in the UK. I was told that I can switch the voltage to 240v internally but after opening it up cannot find any obvious switches. A search on Google came up with one guy saying that I need to change some wires around. Has anyone got any ideas or a link to a guide on how to switch the voltage over?
