Hey RO'ers, I am looking for advice on how to get rid of the humming noise coming from my monitors. I don't know if it is because the monitors are too close to the rest of the equipment or if it is something else.

I just got TR6, their fresh in the box, i dont even wanna open em as i wanted M Audio BX8's. Aybody used these before? I wanna hear som reviews plz.

I am looking to buy a pair of NS10M, and a matching power amp. I am going to use them in my home studio. I would like to hear any reccomandations for any specific models from NS10M users.

I'm considering moving some things around in my control room and was thinking of putting my CRT monitors between my NS10's. How could I go about shielding the drivers in the NS10's so there's no issues between the CRT's and the NS10's? Thanks.

Just trying to figure out how my items should be priced (craigslist). I haven't been able to find much comparison on the net (or ebay).

KRK v8's series 1 mint (with boxes and original paperwork).

Yamaha NS10m mint (with extra tweeter and 2 extra woofers- dented dust covers but sonically accurate).

I am buying epuiptment for a small project studio to record my band. I have built a computer and have a PreSonus firepod and am running Sonar 4 produced edition. now i just need to buy myself some monitor speaker. i am on a tight budget and i know that 500 will not get anywhere near top of the line.
