newbie plugin advice needed
Hi,
I've searched the archives and learned alot! However, I still thought it worthwhile to post my query...
I'm a new DAW user coming from the ADAT world. I'm using Pro Tools LE 6.4 (waiting for 6.7 upgrade CD) with an M-Box and an iMac G5 20. I'm already using decent mics, pre's and compression while tracking.

Newbie with a question... recording choir live...
Hi - I'm a newbie here, this is my first post in this forum, and I hope I'm in the right place. I'll apologize in advance, as I am also very new to recording in general, and its technology and terminology as well, so I hope answers can be kept very basic. When I describe my setup, you'll probably understand a bit more where I'm coming from.
Ultimate Newbie Mistakes
Hello, All.
I am getting ready to do my first mix, and I thought I would tap the wisdom of this forum. I know this is a broad question, but what newbie mistakes did you make when you first started mixing?
I would appreciate any advice on avoiding things that a newbie might otherwise overlook.
Thanks!
