removing vocals from songs (expert boy VTS plugin )
Hi guys new to the board and a bit confused but this seemed like a pretty good sub-forum to post this in. Do you guys know of any good way to remove vocals without getting very noticable effects on the instrumental track from an mp3? is it possible at all? using expert boy didn't work at all for me.
"T" Removal
I have recently recorded a christmas CD for a school choir. During it I recorded a track with a soloist. I used an AKG 414 on the vocalist so I could bring her up in the mix (I did "live" mixes) and on this track she completely overpronounces a "t" try as I might I haven't been able to eq it out - does anyone have any ideas what I might try?

Removing static from guitar tracks
I have a very nice acoustic guitar track that I put down, but it has a small 1 or 2 second segment with some intermittent static (I think it came from the pickup jack).
I can easily re-record it, of course, but I'd really like to know how I can clean it up. What would be the technique for getting rid of static from a music track?
Thanks

Need help removing this backgroud noise
Hey,
First of all I have to admit i have a very basic microphone so maybe thats accounts for the annoying noise which I am sure others also hear when they record with Windows Sound Recorder.

How do I remove pops after recording?
Hi,
I have a vocal recording which, unfortunatly, I'm stuck with (I cant get the singer back to re-record).
It has a couple of pops in it on the P's and B's. Im very new to recording and would like to remove these myself.
How would I best do this, should I try to find a PopFilter VST plugin , or is there a better way to do it?

removing noise between Korg Triton and Universal Audio pre
Gents,
In our new studio we've a Triton workstation on a back console pluged into a clean isolated/grounded power source.
From the left/right Main output on the Triton we've connected it to a 2 channel Universal Audio 2-610 Tube Preamp which sets at the front console, powered by a totally separate clean isolated/grounded circuit.

Removing Reverb from Concert Recording
I need some advice on how to get rid of the reverberation from a recording of Vivaldi’s Four Seasons that I made in a large stone church last month. The concert producers had a narrator read the sonnets associated with the concerti while a violinist standing behind the narrator played snippets of the solo part.
