Im looking to upgrade my PT LE to the new 7 version. The normal upgrade price is $75, there's a limited offer until Dec 20 which states the following:
If you pay a bit more. $99 instead of $75, you get to choose 2 plugins from a list of 5 available.
these plugins are:
Pultec Bundle
DINR LE
Slightly rude compressor
Smack! LE
Synchronic.

i agree with mr cheese, izno about the pultec, one of the few plug ins i like running things few all the time for guitar. Smack is great on vocals, you can mess with the warm setting and get some coo "colour"
i own all these and the pultec and smack are th e most usefull
the rude compressor is only realy good for special effects in my opinio

well probably i LE 7 is definitly a good update...cuz its midi features finnaly got Enhanced...cuz digidezine choped out two guys from Logic Pro team who worked on the midi section...so they i thiNG the midi side is better...as far as the plugins are concerned dude..... i was never happy with LE plugins... TDM plugins the HD thing its infact way way better then LE thing...but still et the end it comes over your ears man that how good you are in judging the sounds and effects requirements that how much to use and some other things like....
