Hi all, I don't have monitors (only headphones, but I can't hear the bass very well), so I'm begging you if you can give me some advice about this song. I want to know if my mix is well before mastering. Any advice will be great.

Ive got a digi 002 rack and Im thinking, should I buy a ribbon mic or get a new interface .
The problem is it would have to be around the 800 dollar mark.
Is it worth looking at second hand stuff on ebay ?
I do need 8 inputs .

I plan to use it mainly for recording my Yamaha C7 grand piano with my Schoeps mk21s into a MH ULN-2 (solo piano music, eventually with a bit of electronics and sometimes a string quartet to support the piano "à la Einaudi").

Hello everbody. I'll start by saying that it is amazingly difficult to find any help on how to setup and record with a Stereo Microphone. I guess because most people just use regular mics or Stereo Mics are still fairly new. Even specific google searches and popular audio forums seem to have never really had the issue I currently have.

Hi everyone, I'm finally in a position to upgrade my microphone preamp but I'm finding it difficult to make a decision on what's available within my budget. I'm using a Neumann 103 and a RODE NT1 and an RME Fireface UCX interface. I'm looking for a warm, punchy, almost vintage vocal sound. This is my short-list (between €900 and €1,100) - any advice would be appreciated.
