I was experimenting with mic placement trying to get the best recorded sound on my piano. I am relatively new to recording, am on a limited budget and I am not a piano player. I am simply noodling around to record the sound.

So, Im doing a small live recording in a couple weeks. When I say small, it'll be just drums, keyboards, guitar, bass, and sax. For drums, I have and AKG D112, Shure Beta 57 and Shure 57, Shure SM81, and a BeyerDynamics M 201 TG. The Drum Kit I will be recording will have a kick, snare, hi -hat, 2 toms, and cymbals.

OK, so...
I have an AKG C 414B-XLS. A recent vintage, it has all the fancy electronic switching that they've employed
in their newer versions of that model. Silver-colored mesh, I like this mic for mois better than the U87 in the cabinet.
What is the difference between this one and the C 414B-ULS?
And what can you tell me about the C 414B TL II ?

Hi! I used Room EQ Wizard V5 and now I don't know how to even begin interpreting the results.

I have 2 tracks in MTR mode that I want to 'bounce' and make into one stereo track so I can upload onto soundcloud - but every time I hit bounce it says 'recording' and will not allow- but I'm not in record or playback mode... Any suggestions? I'm stumped!

I have a unique issue. Unique because it has been hard to find someone that uses the equipment that I do to do what I do lol. I use the setup to broadcast live internet radio and record videos with voice-overs. I'll explain:
