Has anyone received GigaPulse yet or know when it's due to be released? I ordered it some weeks ago from Sweetwater thinking it was for real but, nada.

Just hoping one of the mods might create a forum for we newbies who just can't hang with the rest of you yet. I know it's "Pro Audio Forums" . . . but

There are so many musos getting into home recording that I think it would be a useful addition.

I mix in Digital performer and then export files to Toast to burn CD's of my mixes- I've noticed that when playing the files in a computer they are ok- they all play songs 1 to 15- However when I play the CD in a recular CD player it will play the files 1-8 and anything above that is lumped together as file 9- thus I can not select any of the songs 10 to 15 individually- I haven't been able t

ok from the dependable monitors thread i have a good direction now and a little bit bigger budget for monitors. so with that said I was lookin at pmc am1 and Genelec 1031.what would be the best choice and why. I dont know anyone with pmc but from what I have read they are very accurate. new suggestions are good like to have active loudspeakers.

I'm looking to buy a Great River ME-1NV, for use with mostly hip hop vocals, and some female singing. Do you think this is a wise buy? and what mic would you recommend for up to a 1000 USD?

Anyone here ever use Zaolla cables? I hear they are quite good, but then some people say you don't need to spend that much and they aren't any better than Mogami, just hype. I'd like to hear if anyone has actual experience with using them though!
