Step up from M-Audio Deltas
So; my current studio setup utilizes M-Audio Deltas for my interfaces. I currently have a Delta 1010, 1010LT & 66 which gives me a total of 20 inputs. The 1010LT has recently died (it was the oldest of the 3) and I'm probably am going to replace it with another 1010.

Good quality yet AFFORDABLE earphones?
Does anyone know of any good quality yet affordable earphones?
And by good quality earphones; I mean ones where the right phone's sound doesn't rapidly deteriorate after a few weeks of being purchased and by affordable, I mean preferably under £15 or £20.

recording - laptop vs. PC
Hi there, I've recently moved into a shared accomodation house, meaning I have housemates, meaning I can't sing and record loudly at night time - unless I go downstairs.
But i've just gone and brought a big clunky old PC! clearly it can't be moved around.

Drum Recording: Is this package a smart investment?
Im buying the equipment to set up my comercial recording studio.
Rock / Alternative bands are my main target audience, so the drums are very important. Im budgetting for the mics / pedestals required for this task.
RME Babyface / Nuendo 3.0 / Windows XP
I bought a RME Babyface. I'm running Nuendo 3.0 (not 5.0). Everything works fine unless I start using MIDI. The sound has frozen up a few times. Do you think my system would run more stable by not using the Babyface MIDI connectors, then using a different MIDI interface?

Wow! Thanks!
I'd just like to thank everyone involved here and the folks runs this forum! I cant believe I've been recording at home for a few years and have never been to this site! It's basically a university on recording. Thanks again- I'm sure my recordings will see a huge jump in quality over the next few months.
