I will be recording shortly..
The main control room will be about 20-30 meters from the rec studio as I want to track drums in a big room.
I want to run headphone mixes to the band in the rec studio from the headphone amp/mixer in the Control Room (30 metres away).

I'm 18 and I've been writing and recording stuff on my own for a bit, but I haven't been doing it right, which is why I am here. I write and sing songs on my acoustic guitar, and I would like to record them properly and make them sound as good as it can get to a real studio recording.

Hey guys, so glad I found this site today. I was hoping some of you would give me your opinions on this recording I did recently for my band.

For me personally I was pretty happy with the results. Sounded good on the monitors, sounded good in the car, sounded good on headphones.

I'm new to this forum; have been reading posts for some time and found it very educational. I have a question, especially to those who have some experience recording voice-overs.

Just in the process of upgrading my DAW.

AMD AM2 Athlon 3800+ CPU

Hello fellows, recently I'm traking a friend of mine who wants to come out of hanging around on clubs and singing his heart out until 5:00am, he is definetly not quitting his bum habits but iam trying to make him a record.
Hes got a voice, but to temperamental for the mic sometimes.
