I just purchased a brick a couple weeks ago. So far everytime iv'e set it up to use it on a project i end up not using it, becuase it is too "hot". I am familiar with the fact that it automatically adds +25db to the signal with the gain all the way down. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if so is there a way to possibly add a "pad" or something to the signal.

i just got a creative audigy 2 zs platinum with the deck and I'm trying to record in acid pro 5. I'm having problems with layering tracks. it seems everytime I record a second track the first layer is recorded into the second. (i can see the equalizer monitor move in acid while i record the second track) ive tried adjusting the "what you hear" volume but that doesnt seem to work.

A couple days ago, I made my first serious attempt at recording a live classical concert. The file, a very high quality 40 second mp3, can be found here.

New to this plug and was wondering about any presets users of this plug have found that give a good saturation effect with out going overboard.

Does anyone know of a German dealer (preferrably an online shop) that could ship these monitors to an adress in Germany? Any help appreciated...

i have got a set of MSP5's - each has 2 line sockets on the back, 1 XLR (female) and 1 standard Jack (guitar cable size)

Now, my audio interface only has Jack outputs for the monitors...

-i went and bought the wrong cables..I got Jack to (female) XLR! (idiot I know)

I was wondering if anyone else was considering racking a pair (or more) of GT Bricks. I think the layout could be improved by doing this as well as the looks of the unit. Moving the XLR's to the rear with the power and keeping the trim, DI and power switch up front. The A/C could be rewired so that only 1 power cord is needed to power the units.
