I just bought East West Quantum Leap Symphony Orchestra. I have installed it and the sounds are great, however, I'd like to access it from my Cubase AI software so I can record with it and I can't seem to do that. When I installed it the sample library went into a file named EastWest in Program files. Do I have to move the sample library into a Cubase file? Plugins maybe? Any help you can offer would be appreciated.

Go to your options and scan for a vst in c:/program files/steinberg/vst. This is the default install folder even if you don't have any Steinberg products(which of course you DO). You should be able to just rescan VSTs. The only other thing that may be stopping you is that AI is a limited version. I don't know if they allow you to use third party plugins. It should but I don't know for sure.
After rescanning, you should be able to just load up a VSTi into your channel insert.

Most sampler and synth install a Vst Plugin. This plugin is what allow DAW softwares to load the synth directly and use it. Usally DAWs have a default vst folder location to search in. It's a commun mistake that if you let your synth install in its default folder, cubase does'nt know EWQLSO exist. In the settings of Cubase (that I don't use), there is certainly a place where you can specify the vst search folders. Just add the folder where EWQLSO has been install. Or move the .dll into cubase vstplugin folder. Cubase users will be able to be more specific.
