Anybody light pipe'n a Rosetta 800 to an 896? How is it work'n out? I'm ask'n cause I have an 896 and I should be get'n my Rosetta in the mail any day now.

The analog i/o on the Rosetta is much warmer. I'm ADATing to and from the 896 and Rosetta. I have the 896 set to word in and the Rosetta set to it's internal crystal and then I have the two connected with an Apogee BNC cable. I love the tone I'm able to get now! The only "problem" I'm having so far is I'm getting some distortion on bass and distorted guitar tracks if I run them hot (hot, but not clipping at all). I don't know if I'm running my Neve to hot or hitting the soft limit too hard??? I'm sure I'll figure it out sooner or later. 8)
