We have to pay to upgrade to PT HD compatibility > but almost no plugs do 192k.
Now compatibility with PT 6... bugs, etc

How do ya guys are dealing with rhis?
I am quite happy with 5.1.1 on a mix system and plenty available plugs..

hello.
over next weekend i am having a long band rehersal/jam type thing that i would like to record, but with very limited resouces. would it be possible to get a good sound just putting up a couple of sm58 style mics around the room and press record... or is that a bit optamistic?

I am experiencing 60hz buzz on a couple different brand high-endsmall diaphragm mics. As I move the cable around the buzz level changes from quiet to loud. Also touching the mic increases the buzz a bit.

Is it possible to start/stop a sequencer with my Boss GT-3 guitar fx foot pedal? I'd like to be able to do this for live applications. I know I can start and stop a sequencer with midi, but can a guitar fx pedal control this?

I'm not sure if this is the right forum, but if not I hope it gets moved to the right one.

I am about to build a rack/desk for my recording gear to complement and built in desk/bookshelf at my house. Please look at my plans and give me some suggestions. I'm not really sure about dimensions, etc. I've just tried to look at some others and draw something out.
