I was wondering as dumb as this may sound, would anyone trust cracked Pro Tools plugins downloaded from limewire? Ive ran them through a virus scan and they are clean... what risks am I running by using these?

I am sort of looking ahead/down the road a ways. i had never really considered a Pro Tools set up before but have been doing some reading on the LE (not what i would want) or a HD/TDM set up?

anyway i was thinking of the Accel 3 card, the 192 outboard, and one mixer (can't remmber which one but not a huge one) to go with my MAC G5 and all that comes with PT

I have a Pro Tools digi001 with the software and I want to get a system for it. my main pc is getting bogged down because i'm using it for too many things and I want a fresh, inexpensive new windows machine that i can put in my band's rehearsal space.

i'm quite impressed by the MOTU 896 specs but... the fact that it doens't work with Pro Tools makes me doubt.

now.. what I would like to know... how does the conversion to Pro Tools work? MOTU site says it works, even with all fades and crosses and whatsover.

i'm running Pro Tools with an mbox and i'm getting a delay through the playback like a split second. i know how to get rid of the delay in Sonar but i can't get it to go away with this Pro Tools. i also would like to know if it is possible to hook the Pro Tools to a Roland VS -2480 for interface to control levels with the faders. any knowledge would be appreciated.

i am running a digi 001 with mac OS 9 and pro tools 5.01. i can't get the click to come thru any outputs or headphones. i bought it used and cant get tech support. any help would be appreciated. thanks

I've been able to convert my Pro Tools files to wav files but I was wondering if there is any way you can convert them to mp3 files since I am trying to post them on soundclick.com and they only except mp3 files. If not do you know if there are any websites where you can post wav files?

what are some of the best reasonably priced plugins for Pro Tools LE (on a PC)?

Yep, I'm gonna try it. I don't really see what I want out there as a complete unit, but I see a lot of options.

We must use XP version because we have a big post farm with 8 AVID Mediacomposer and Adrenaline systems and 2 Pro Tools as before attached to an AVID Unity.
