Hi everybody.

I'm from Argentina and here everything is 6 times expensive than, for say, EEUU. so I'm very worried about making the wrong decision. that's because I can't listen the mics before buying them (yes, believe it!).

Can anybody help me?

My idea for recording vocals is to use the C3000B or the KSM27 through the MIC100 preamp from Behringer. US$500 for the pack..used stuff... Is this good? Are better options for that range of $$?

Thank you all.

I´m very happy with all the help I received. This is very very heplful.

Well , you wouldn´t believe that only the 0,1% of the mic preamp that you have there can be bought here...and the price IS 6 times higher...the only affordable pre are the minidbx and the minibehringer....

ok, the akg is out of the ecuation. Ksm..or AT 4040? is the 4055 any good?

For Mike: Rock music - The singer (me) has a voice like Peter Gabriel ...sort of.

Thank you all!
