i am working in Cubase sx 3.1.1 with my motif xs, triton extreme and deleta 44 and midi 2*2.
i want to use extreme as midi controller and its 16 channel midi sequencer with cubase.before i switched to Cubase i was working in logic5.5.1.
now the problem is midi recording.
i want to record triton tones via triton sequencer to Cubase 16 channels.
i opened 16 channels in Cubase and made necessary settings.
i recorded first track via extreme midi sequencer to first channel of cubase.then when i tried to record 2 tone that is triton midi sequencer 2 channel to Cubase 2 channel Cubase hanged and crashed.
what is the problem and how should i do the set up.

I thought that you might be syncing the clock in the triton with the clock in Cubase in case you wanted to sync new midi data with the audio you are recording.
Anyway, does it crash as you start recording the second track (when you hit record), or in the middle of recording the 2nd track (after you've hit record and begun tracking)?
Are you doing any midi syncing? You say you are recording audio
Are you doing any midi syncing? You say you are recording audio from the triton to Cubase using the sequencer from the triton. Are you also syncing the the two sequencers? Not that this would cause a problem but it may be helpful.
